I just signed up using a new account, but whenever I access the dashboard or try to create a droplet, all the options disappear and I just see “Looks like something went wrong…” So my account is effectively useless.
I have disabled VPN, disabled all extensions, and have tried three different browsers.
How can I resolve this issue?

This is almost always an account verification or review issue on new accounts, not a browser problem. The fact that you have already ruled out VPN and extensions confirms that.
Check your email for any verification or follow-up messages from DigitalOcean. Sometimes a payment method issue or an automated security check triggers this on signup.
If there is nothing in your inbox, open a support ticket at https://www.digitalocean.com/support with your account email and explain what you are seeing. They can check the account status on their end and get you unblocked.
