Saw an option to delete team i wanted to create one with some project name, confused by the arrangement i deleted it and now i am stuck on team creation page for entering it asks for creating a team and creation errors out saying limit reached for team creation

It sounds like you’ve hit the team creation limit after deleting your previous team, which can sometimes leave the account in a bit of a stuck state.
In cases like this, there isn’t much you can reset from the UI yourself. I’d recommend reaching out to the DigitalOcean support team so they can check your account and either clear the limit or fix the team state for you:
They should be able to resolve this pretty quickly once they take a look.
