What is the reason for this report?

Can't connect to my dropplet

I tryed connect to my droplet by ssh but recieved port 22: Connection refused error. Also I tryed connect to dropplet by console in browser and click install new console agent but thenk nothing happened. How I can connect to my dropplet via some other options or restore my old connection?

Do you get any specific errors when you try to connect via the web console?

In such cases, I would personally usually try to reboot my Droplet if none of the services are responding.

I’ll suggest rebooting the Droplet if nothing else works. Once that is done, try using the Recovery Console. You can see here how it works:

The 22: Connection refused error can be seen due to a lot of reasons. Having said that, most commonly I think it’s related to your Firewall. Once you connect to your Droplet using the Recovery Console, try switching your Firewall Off for a second to see if you are able to enter, if yes, then you’ll need to fix the firewall rules you have.

Note: It’s not good practice leaving your Firewall disabled as it may lead to a compromise.
