I write my IP address, press connect, it tries to open for a few seconds then an error pops up saying the server is not active. When I try PuttY to access the server, I write everything.It seems like I connected, but when I type open Firefox and type my IP address, I doesn’t load. And wtfismyip shows that I don’t even use my droplet wheres the problem?

In order to be able to RDP to your server, you would need to first install a desktop service on your server. For example you could use x2go which is quite like RDP/
You can follow the steps on how to install it and set it up here:
I would note that the x2go guide does not have you install a desktop environment, however. You would be responsible for choosing one and installing it outside of that tutorial.
