Creating Fedora 39 droplet with the smallest size selected (s-1vcpu-512mb-10gb) is not possible. Both web UI and API respond with “Cannot create a droplet with a smaller disk than the image.”
Why is a min_disk_size parameter set to 15GB for Fedora? The space used in installed Fedora system is around 1016.39MB (according to the snapshot). So it’s even smaller than another available images. E.g. the latest Debian uses more space (1.32GB) and still allows the creation of the s-1vcpu-512mb-10gb droplet, since the min_disk_size for Debian image is only 7GB.

Hey!
Thank you for reporting this, I will forward your feedback internally!
In the meantime, as far as I can see in the official Fedora documentation, the minimal disk space recommended for production is - 15GB unallocated drive space:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora/latest/release-notes/welcome/Hardware_Overview/
For production, I would suggest sticking to that size.
Best,
Bobby
