I want to transfer my digital ocean space to local storage as digital ocean space is too slow. However i can’t download the whole space or folder only able to download files separatly.

×I’m using spaces as CDN for profile images, and the spaces today is too slow for that. I’m moving to local storage too, but I want download the files and I can’t do it :/ (we need a “zip and download folder” option, please :D ).

While there’s not a direct way to create a tarball or zip file from the UI or using s3cmd, you can access Spaces using pretty much any software that supports S3. My initial recommendation would be CyberDuck since it’s available for Windows and MacOS.

The benefit here is that CyberDuck will allow you to access your Space(s) as if they were normal directories, similar to if you were using FTP/SFTP.
I don’t see this as working anymore. I receive this error when attempting to download a folder:

I got to download files through Cyberduck version 6.9.4. Just follow the tutorial.
Tried with version 7.* but no success.

Yes, I tried 7.7.2 and got a “transfer incomplete” error each time, complaining it can’t list directories even with that turned on in Spaces. I’ll try 6.9.4, thanks!
