Hello, there

I will recommend to re-upload the database again as it seems some vital data is indeed missing. You can attempt a new MySQL restore on the current host and then import the database on your new droplet.

We have a series of tutorials that cover the process of migrating from one Linux server to another which you can check here:

Another option is to use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin. The plugin can handle the migration process on your behalf.

This article also covers the process, although it is outdated:

The final step will be to test everything and make sure it is working fine and then switch the DNS settings and push your site live from DigitalOcean.

Hope that this helps! Regards, Alex

This error seems to suggest there was an error with the database export or import. Did you receive any errors? I would suggest trying again. You can also find a nice helpful guide for migrating your WordPress over here

I would suggest reviewing and following along with that as it should get your WordPress migrated.
