cannot connect to my droplet from depend what IP

Hi! I just bought past week two droplets. I purchase both with an ubuntu PLESK. Works fine but I am checking that some of my customers cannot connect to their webs, it’s not a dns issue… what else can I check?
I ve two offices and I cannot connect from one of them to one of the droplets, it’s very frustrating… I had a lot of work mounting the plesk’s… some idea? thanks!
