Hi @rezamarandi,
When you try to ping the IP of your droplet, are you able to? Additionally, some routers deny access to different IP Addresses and ports so this can be the case here as well.
Can you try using a different IP just to test if that’s the case?
If you are still unable to connect from a different network there it will be good to reach DigitalOcean’s support and provide them with a traceroute to your droplet and see if they will be able to help you out.
