Hi, any news on this? I have the same problem. After reactivation of the account, can’t create a droplet.
We have currently identified an issue with reactivating a previously deactivated account, in which one is not able to fully utilize the service even after adding a billing profile to the account. I will update this post when the problem has been resolved.
