Cannot create droplet because of this error: "in order to create a droplet please complete registration"

But I don’t see any outstanding registration items.



Need this fix as well!

Hi I’m also having the same problem. I had deactivated my account before and now want to create a new droplet

We have currently identified an issue with reactivating a previously deactivated account, in which one is not able to fully utilize the service even after adding a billing profile to the account. I will update this post when the problem has been resolved.
