Cannot create droplet because of this error: "in order to create a droplet please complete registration"

  • Thank you. I’ve confirmed that you are seeing the same issue. If you can be patient with me while I get one of our engineers to look at this, I’ll make it worth your while in account credit. You may not be able to use the credit until they fix it, but I’ll go ahead and put it on there.

We have currently identified an issue with reactivating a previously deactivated account, in which one is not able to fully utilize the service even after adding a billing profile to the account. I will update this post when the problem has been resolved.
