Cannot deploy droplet in Singapore region, Ubuntu 18.04, anybody else facing the same problem?? The error message is “Droplet create event failed, please try again”.

I believe that there was a temporary issue which caused the problem. In such cases, I would recommend checking the status page at:
https://status.digitalocean.com
There you would find information regarding problems which could be causing such issues.
