Hi,
I have a Droplet whose IP is 159.65.31.3 where I would like to update. However, I need to preserve this IP. Is it possible to change the IP of this Droplet and create a Floating IP with this IP (159.65.31.3)? So you would simply create a new Droplet and do the targeting.
Tks,
Luiz

Hello,
In general, the moment you create a Droplet, you will be assigned an Static IPv4 address automatically. Similarly, when you destroy the Droplet, the IP address will be disassociated and will join the IP pool table. There is no way you can have one more Static IP address to the Droplet or convert the Static IP as Floating IP on our platform.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions, and have a wonderful day!
Cheers, Sri Charan
