It’s on a droplet, but I’ve just been reminded that the domain is registered through Cloudfare…would that add CDN services?

Is your website deployed on a Droplet or on the new DigitalOcean App Platform?
If it is on the new App Platform, then this is normal behavior. The App Platform comes with a Global CDN powered by Cloudflare.
