Could you please let me know which is the exact error code that you receive in FileZilla when you try to connect? FileZilla will throw an error code like 521 for example if your login details (username, password or hostname) are incorrect. The error code can be received in different scenarios as well, but I’m giving this just as en example.
Also can you confirm that the login credentials are working fine and that your were able to connect via FTP in the past or if this is a new setup that you’re trying to configure?
