I have a Digital ocean Joomla Ubuntu VPS. I use Zoho for my emails and Sendgrid SMTP to mail users. I got a spam mail on Zoho from someone@mydomain.com I have been trying to setup SPF but dont know what exact parameters I need to put in place . Please advice.

It looks like you will need to add a TXT record to accomplish this:
Log-in to your domain manager. Find the DNS record section, and then fill this in: Enter the Record Host and Record Answer " v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all "
Zoho includes instructions on how to accomplish this for a few domain registrars.
