Hi there,

Do you get any errors when you try to add the license?

What I would usually do is to create a new cPanel Droplet with this 1-Click installation here:

https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/apps/cpanel-whm

Then you can follow the prompt once you log in to WHM where you would be able to specify your existing license.

Let me know how it goes.
Best,
Bobby

  • Hi Bobby,

i already create a cPanel Droplet but when follow the prompt and log in to WHM request to buy new cpanel solo license not to connect with existing 5 account license

    • Hello, @eslamosama

If you have a valid license on the IP then you can run the following command via ssh:

      • /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

You now should be able to log in to WHM/cPanel.

      Regards,
      Alex

Hello, @eslamosama

  • Go to https://verify.cpanel.net URL in the web browser.

  • Enter your Server IP in the text box and press Verify License button.

If you have a valid license on the IP then you can run the following command via ssh:

  • /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

You now should be able to log in to WHM/cPanel.

Hope that this helps!
Regards,
Alex
