connecting my node application with ip

Posted on July 2, 2017

Hi, I’m really new to hosting… I signed up and created droplet. And I setted up my droplet.(make user, cloen code, install node, install npm , etc,.)

I want to see my node application, but I have no domain now. so, I tried to connect with my IP that I recerived from digital ocean. I matched port number and I confirm my IP, but I can’t see my app…

Is there mistake I made? or only with IP, is it true that i can’t connect my app?

What is the iP and port number? Is it running? What does lsof -i :porthere say?
