im not able to open my website after changing the droplet’s name. it added a PTR record and im getting “connection refused” error in the browser. tried to edit the hots file and update the destination of “127.0.1.1” from old name to the new one but still the same issue. any idea how to fix this?

The PTR change should have no effect on your droplet’s forward zone or networking. I would strongly recommend opening a ticket with our support team so they can check the status of the network on your droplet.
