I see a lot of tutorials about own vpn server, but none of them explain how to block specific websites, i mean to filter the traffic through the server, is it possible?

In most VPN setups by default it isn’t possible to block specific websites on the application layer the VPN runs on. Typically you would need some kind of proxy server in addition to the VPN. Squid Proxy is a good option but there are others as well, and some may work better with the specific VPN you are using. OpenVPN proxy
