I’m here to do according to the optimized configuration nginx.conf - https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-optimize-nginx-configuration
Then when I try to execute “curl -X PURGE http://www.myname.com/index.php” I got this error message -curl: (52) Empty reply from server
This is what’s wrong? How can I fix this error?

The ngx_cache_purge module is not included in the pre-compiled nginx included in most distributions as far as I know.
