Dead Slow Speed on Mikrotik CHR Droplet

I installed Mikrotik CHR on a dedicated CPU optimized droplet and I’m seeing absolutely horrible speeds. Running Mikrotik’s bandwidth test tool, I’m getting 41Mbps Rx (which is acceptable), and 740 Kbps Tx (horrible)
I see other users have reported similar issue here. What could be going on with these droplets?

Figured it out. It is the 1Mbps limit on the free CHR. Go to Licenses> Renew License and fill in your account info to start a 90 day trial of the license (you need an account with Mikrotik on Mikrotik’s website). Run the Bandwidth test again and see it JUMP
