My server got hacked the last week for phishing and Every time DigitalOcean receives a report from Netcraft, it suspends my ports (http and https), I have secure copies of the sites that I store, it is possible that DO instead of suspending my ports notifies me so I can clean it? giving me an ultimatum or something? These suspensions have me very tired, my clients have tired me, I am looking very bad, They sent a report, of a site that I had already cleaned and after 5 minutes the ports were suspended, I proceeded to inform them immediately that I would lift the prohibition of the ports and I’ve been waiting for 3 hours, last time they left me 2 days without a web server, what is the average wait time? Why do they take so long to solve something so simple? Should I always wait for that time? I have not been able to work, and that makes me a little distressed. Hi @nikolaszamudio,
I’m sorry to hear about the troubles you’ve been experiencing. You should ask for the Netcraft reports or ask DigitalOceant to mark them as resolved. Basically, you’ll receive a Netcraft report which if everything has been resolved on your part should be marked as such. As soon as it’s marked properly, there will be no more new reports.
If it’s not marked but you’ve resolved the problem, Netcraft will continue sending out reports.
Regards, KDSys
