Run the following commands:
<br><pre>sudo swapoff -a -v
<br>sudo rm /swapfile
<br>#back up /etc/fstab:
<br>sudo cp /etc/fstab /etc/fstab.bak
<br>sudo sed -i ‘//swapfile/d’</pre>
<br>The commands should work assuming your swapfile is stored in / and is called “swapfile.”
