What is the reason for this report?

[ Directory '/etc/php5/apache2' does not exist ] I need to increase upload size of theme, but showing this error? What to do ? HELP

I need to change the upload size, but while following the tutorial got this message , please help

That’s an Apache message. Did you perhaps inadvertently edit your Apache config instead of PHP’s ini? If so, open your Apache config file and search for the string “php5” and remove it from there. Then restart apache.
