I have the error 1001 when I try to access my domain from www.argled.com.uy… but if I try from https://argled.com.uy and http://argled.com.uy it works.
I have delegated my domain to digitalocean.com and it is not registered in the cloudflare network. what can it be?

It really depends on where your Nameservers are, this is where your Domain is being managed from. In there you need to point your www record to the proper IP of your Droplet or Service you are using. That should do the trick.
If you are using Cloudflare, I’ll suggest on reading their documentation on the matter of how to point your Domain to them.
