Hello,
I updated my DNS to digital ocean 30 hours ago, it appears to have propogated but the site is still showing old host account suspended page and will not update
Have checked on a few browsers and mobile devices.
A check on syscoding says it has propogated!

Could be browser cache or DNS cache at your local network/computer as well. DNS propagation is the process of all computers relevant to your DNS lookup dropping their caches and requesting new records, so the result can vary at every end point. From my end the DNS is all set, but the IP that the website points to is not currently accepting requests from a web server.
