I have added a sub domain in digital ocean.My domain is registered in GoDaddy.

Some times it is working fine but some times when it gives

The DNS setup looks all good. However, keep in mind that once you make a DNS change it could take up to 24/48 hours for the DNS cache to clear over the Globe before you could see the new records.
