We have a perfectly working site and subdomain until one day it doesn’t and we are still figuring out why.
We manage the DNS in digitalocean and already set up our A records. In our domain hosting we already point our nameservers to our droplets’ IP Addresses but none seems to be working.
Am I missing something or what? Please help

Hello @stalinks
The site is loading fine, I assume you’re also no longer experiencing any issues.
In the future, if you run into the same issue, you can temporary access the site using the IP address and also clear the browser’s cache and flush the DNS cache from your PC.

Hi there,
The website seems to be working on my end, it seems like a DNS caching. Keep in mind that it might take up to 24/48 hours for the DNS cache to clear over the Globe before you could see the new DNS changes.
Let me know how it goes!
Best,
Bobby
Hi @stalinks,
The domain works for me and it seems to be pinging from a DigitalOcean Droplet. Please bear in mind that DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours. Additionally, it’s possible you had a DomainLock or something similar to it. Can you please share the reason as I see the domain is working now?
