Do you host Tendenci or Zenbership apps? It would need the full package from Github or softoculous.

There’s not a one-click image for either of the applications right now, though you would be able to install them on your own manually.
DigitalOcean provides barebones VPS (Droplets), which provide a blank canvas for you to work with. You can install pretty much any stack (LEMP, LAMP, MEAN, etc) or piece of software you like using the CLI (accessed using Console, Terminal on MacOS, or PuTTy on Windows/Linux).
