Hello, first of all, I started using CloudWays due to restrictions on my account. Would you really recommend CloudWays? Are there tools available that are suitable for systematic use, like DigitalOcean?

Hi there,
Cloudways is actually a solid option, especially if you want something more managed and don’t want to deal with day to day server administration. Since Cloudways is owned by DigitalOcean, it runs on top of the same infrastructure and benefits from the same underlying reliability.
That said, Cloudways and DigitalOcean direct serve slightly different needs. Cloudways is great if you want a more guided experience with built-in tooling for common workloads and less hands-on infrastructure work. DigitalOcean directly is usually a better fit if you want full control, access to all services, and a more systematic setup using things like App Platform, Managed Databases, APIs, and Terraform.
So yes, Cloudways is good, especially for managed hosting. If you’re looking to build and operate systems more deeply or scale with custom workflows, going directly with DigitalOcean gives you more flexibility.
