I just created a new droplet with a one-click app (I did the ubuntu / node LTS 6.11, but question may apply to others).
I’ve googled around for what all has been installed / configured on this image, but haven’t found any documentation about it - other than the node version installed.

Generally, droplets created from one-click images are going to have the same contents as a droplet similarly configured using DO’s community tutorials for that particular app. If you log in on the droplet you will find more details provided by the login banner (MOTD) with other specifics, such as database or admin credentials. If you reach out to the support team they’ll also be able to give you further details specific to a certain one-click image.
