No. Mail servers are up to you if you want one. I recommend using a third party such as https://mailstache.io (hosted on DigitalOcean by someone in the IRC chat) or similar.
We also have an IRC channel with some helpful people on freenode. They can answer any questions you may have. #mailstache Also check out our documentation section.
