I am using HostPapa as my domain name service, i wonder if DO provide similar service so maybe I can transfer my domain name here for better management.

DigitalOcean does not provide a domain name registration service, you would still need to use a domain name registrar for that.
You could, however, use the DigitalOcean DNS management service for your existing domains as described here:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/networking/dns/
