Does the new load balancer support the proxy protocol for SSL passthrough? This is useful to have so that we can get the client IP from the web server behind the load balancer.

The new Load Balancers allow you to setup Forwarding Rules (i.e. 80 -> 443, or Port01 -> Port02) as well as an Algorithm (Round Robin or Least Connections) and Sticky Sessions (None or Cookie). You can also setup health checks.
