Droplet Blackhole
Hi, we’ve just had one of our droplets taken offline and had its network temporarily suspended due to a suspected DDos attack. The issue has now been resolved.
How do we get the droplet back up though? and if we cannot, how do we contact DO to re-enable the network? I have placed a support ticket but this is a mission critical website. Does anyone know how long the network would be automatically suspended for?
