Hello Folks, I have created a Droplet which is using a docker container for hosting wordpress. I have taken a domain name from freenom and I have pointed my droplet IP as an A record. When I visit the website via domain name it opens up my IP address.

Hello, @nikolaykostovnk
Have you configured the virtual host of the website to match the domain name as well? I will recommend you to double check our existing tutorial on How To Install WordPress With Docker Compose:

Hope that this helps! Regards, Alex
