When trying to access the site hosted on my droplet, it reached a timeout. I couldn’t SSH via the console nor the web console as well.
I tried turning off the droplet and now it’s stuck at executing “Power Off”. It has already been an hour. Any ideas on why this is happening and how it can be resolved?

Hey @962a61205980-4532-80c0-aae135,
If you can’t proceed anyway I’ll recommend contacting the DigitalOcean Support. They will be able to access your account and your Droplet directly from their host and reboot it for you.
You can reach them at:
Hope that helps! - KFSys.
Hello there,
There might be a delay in processing the request or just a delay in updating the information in the Droplet section.
Can you verify if the droplet is still inaccessible? Additionally, you can try using the console to regain access to your droplet:

If the issue persists, you can reach our support team.
