What is the reason for this report?

droplet not accessible after power cycle

I can access the console from DO but cannot access the IP from anywhere. SSH, FTP and Web access all down.

Try starting ssh: <br><pre>sudo service ssh start</pre>

Hey there! If you power-cycle your droplet, you will need to connect to the console, halt the server from the command line (‘sudo shutdown -h now’) and then re-power the droplet.
