I used the Reboot command in Terminal. I waited and reconnected via SSH but it didn’t work, then I went to the DO dashboard, used the Console in DO, but there was no response. And I used the Power Cycle button, but the end result was still no response. I don’t know what to do next, and I haven’t backed up everything yet

You can try using the recovery console to access your Droplet:
