The droplet for a website is no longer visible, yet the website is live. Also, the sftp credentials no longer work.
At some point the client changed their Digital Ocean login username. Could that have caused a problem?
If not, how can I access the website files? They have to be on a droplet somewhere.
Need to resolve this so the developer can access the site.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi there,
As the website is still loading, it is possible that the Droplet has been moved to a different project under the same account.
I could suggest logging into your DigitalOcean Control panel and clicking on the Droplets link in the sidebar, or visiting this link here:
https://cloud.digitalocean.com/droplets
On that page, you will see a list of all Droplets.
If the Droplet is not in there, I could suggest contacting the DigitalOcean support team:
Hope that helps! - Bobby.
