Droplet is back online, however I haven’t heard back from DO Support yet.

It came and went once, not sure why as logs did not say.

And now it seems to be back permanently.

DO Support yet to reply to ticket.

  • Hello, @billingSeal

Which logs have you checked on the droplet since you’ve mentioned that the droplet was not power cycled from your end?

You can use the last reboot command to check the last server’s reboots:

    • last reboot

Hey @billingSeal,

In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.

Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?

Hope that helps!
