iam using Wordpress and file wp-includes/css/A.dashicons.min.css is Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content .i think caused by nginx or varnish but do not know what to do? . pls help me?

Nginx would not have anything to do with render blocking JavaScript and CSS since these things are rendered client side. This guide should help you to address the common causes of this type of render blocking with WordPress.
