err connection refused

www.ihcare.store. Website every 3-4 days fails to connect showing err connection refused. When we restore the droplet backup it starts to work again, and then the same thing happens again after 3-4 days and the website fails to connect showing the same error. Please advice.

Hi @ihcare,

This indicates some issue with your Droplet. When this appears, can you try and ping your website, does it work? Can you SSH to your Droplet? If you can, see if anything inside seems off, like Load, Apache/Nginx status and similar stuff.
