Can you share some more information on the exact setup that you have?

Here are a few things that I could suggest checking:

  • Make sure that your services like Apache/Nginx are runing
  • Check your logs for more information on what could be causing the problem
  • If you have a firewall, make sure to allow the necessary IP ranges through there
