Question

Do I still need Cloudflare CDN for static website here in Digitalocean?

I use Cloudflare for may domains, and now I have one static website in Starter plan here on Digitalocean. I want to know if maybe it’s better to disable Cloudflare CDN since Digitalocean offers integrated CDN. Don’t think is a good idea to use two CDN services, right?

Hi there,

It should be enough to only use the DigitalOcean App Platform with your Cloudflare CDN disabled.

But for a static site, it should not really be a problem to use both, I can’t think of any problems that could occur if you have both enabled.

Are you seeing any specific problems when using both?

Best,

Bobby
