I’m your existing customer on the app platform (app id: 1cb3e5f2-df9b-4b3d-99ef-58d024c692fd).
We have been receiving feedback from schools that it takes too long for stuffs to load while a demo session is holding place. In such demo sessions, many users (>=80 teachers) use our platform at the same time.
We noticed that we’re observing CDN ingress latency during the demos with peaks being at 9.25s for status 2xx and 39.8s (!) for status 4xx requests.
How should I interpret the numbers and do I have a way to improve those numbers?

Hi there,
Those latency numbers just mean requests are getting delayed before hitting your app. A 2xx at ~9s shows your app is slow under load, and 4xx at 30–40s usually means retries/timeouts.
If the issue only happens during demos, I’d also check your app logs/metrics around that time to see what’s choking (DB, CPU, etc.).
You can try to scale your App Platform service out to more containers or increase the resources (CPU and RAM) for the current container that you are using.
The images that you’ve shared are not loading, I would recomend using https://imgur.com/upload instead.
