Trying to add a domain to my new droplet, im getting this error message Domain nubee.digital already exists, i had it in some other DO account, but i payed and moved all to another account in digital ocean to have all in the same place

The system performs a DNS lookup to see if the domain has already been added to DigitalOcean. If it has, you’ll receive a message that says Data domain example.com: Name already exists.

I will recommend to log into any account the domain may have been added to previously and check the network menu to see if the domain name still exists there.

Hello, i already did and 2 days gone by, and still no one answers, i still get that same error, they only send a preformatted answer, like a bot

this is disconcerting for a company as big as D.O. to be honest
