DigitalOcean API and CLI (doctl)

For two days now when I TRY to access my DO domains I keep getting the following error: “error msg="Remotedialer proxy error” error=“dial tcp i/o timeout”
When I did a WHOIS it said it was DigitalOcean SGP. When I checked the status it said it was operational so why is it timeing out???
