As of now, App Platform doesn’t support setting up IP-based firewall rules directly, so you can’t restrict access to a list of IPs out of the box.
That said, a lot of folks have requested this feature already. You can upvote and follow the progress here:

In the meantime, you could handle basic IP restriction at the application level if that works for your use case (e.g. in middleware or reverse proxy).
